Backlineflow is an AI-powered operations automation platform designed to streamline and optimize business workflows. Our Service provides intelligent automation tools including, but not limited to:

  • Automated scheduling and dispatching
  • AI-driven operational insights and alerts
  • Material and resource tracking
  • Communication and notification management (including SMS/text messaging)
  • Workflow automation and optimization
  • Reporting and analytics dashboards

The specific features and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan and account configuration. We continually improve and update the Service, and features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Program Description

Backlineflow sends automated text messages to users who have opted in to receive SMS communications. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, trial notifications, and operational alerts related to your use of the Backlineflow platform.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive recurring automated text messages in connection with the Service.

Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. Backlineflow does not charge for sending SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Backlineflow unless you re-subscribe.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may use the Backlineflow platform without opting in to SMS communications.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

Supported Carriers

Compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier coverage and availability may vary.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and complete billing information.
  • You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, features, and functionality -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, code, and design -- are owned by Backlineflow and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Service.
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BACKLINEFLOW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO BACKLINEFLOW IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.
  • We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
  • Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@backlineflow.com. Termination does not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated to you via email or through a prominent notice on the Service.
